We used Two Men and a Truck back in 2022. We felt like it is a disservice by not writing a review after all this time. They moved us from Tempe to Laveen. The entire process was horrible. They damaged our refrigerator, washer/dryer, bedroom sets, slammed into walls. We had to replace water hoses for our water/ice maker in the fridge. Completely careless they stated they sent us a check for $165 that we never got. They ultimately did thousands worth of damage. I would stay very far away from this company. Jordan, rodolfo, keymone were extremely helpful at the move in at The Carmin! They never failed to help anyone and were extremely respectful and welcoming!
My experience was top notch. From scheduling, confirming, adjusting inventory, to meeting the movers at various sites to pick up furniture, Rob, Rodolfo and Carlos were phenomenal! They were on time, courteous, professional and expedient. They took extra care in preparing and loading my furniture as well as unloading and placing in appropriate places. Wowza. Super misleading. Was online looking for moving trucks, and their ad said “cheaper than a U-Haul!” They offered a free quote, so I said why not! It was simple enough, requesting a quote. Enter in your addresses, a quick inventory of items that need moving, and within ten minutes I got a phone call. And a quote. For $750-$1050. To move a bunk bed, 3 dressers, 15-20 boxes (already packed), and some pictures and mirrors. I nearly choked on my $15 latte. Two men and a truck are the worst service for movers. I called them about 2 or 3 months with enough time to schedule an appointment for them to help me move. Then a date before the appointment my mom flew from out of town to help me finish all the packing and they did NOT show up on the date of the move.
