Great company and very reliable.
Horrible customer service. They sent three young punks to do my move. Very unprofessional. They refused to move me because my dog had gotten sick right when they got there, from excitement, and said it was unsafe for them in that environment. Funny how the apartment manager who was here for an inspection the other day. Thought my place looked great. Customer service manager on the phone hung up on me because I raised my voice because he was talking over me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. No profanity was ever used. I ... read more
We just moved back from Germany and Two Men and a Truck in Mason, OH was absolutely wonderful to deal with. From receiving a fast and fair quote, to the 2 guys that performed the move, everything was very smooth! We had the guys move our stored furniture which are mostly mid century, so well aged and needed lots of care in handling. Dale checked in with me during the move to make sure the guys were doing a good job, which was very much appreciated. Team was great from the time I asked for an estimate to the final drop off of our furnishings, even though it was raining. Xavier and TJ were efficient and helpful with the placement of our belongings where I need them. Definitely a five star experience.
