Office and dispatch was very communicative and made sure I was updated and happy with my services. Joseph and Mark did hella of job for just them two. Didn’t get all our belongings in one truck but got the more important stuff to the New House. The time to move got extended for an additional 2.5hrs but I did have a lot of stuff! No complaints. Will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again for sure!!

During two different conversations prior to the move date, I stated exactly what was to be moved - a treadmill, a workbench, and a couple other awkwardly shaped items. The team who came were perfectly lovely humans, however, unable to physically move the items. The hourly rate started as they pulled up. It is protocol to then start paperwork, which took 20 minutes. I had two guys show up for my move- one of which was great- the other was training and It was his first full move. I started realizing i was paying for the other guy to train him, teaching him how to wrap and hold things and move, which is taking time away from actually moving my items. He was kind of taking his time, and once we got to the new place, he could just not do it anymore.
