Cade and Jake were kind and friendly from the moment they arrived. My mother has several items from her parents that have heavy sentimental value, and they both were understanding and took extra steps to show special care for those items. I could see that they were taking time to place items securely in the truck with care and logic as well, instead of just tossing things wherever they wanted.
