Excellent moving experience. We moved a living room and two bedrooms. They came in, carefully protected everything and loaded the truck. They placed everything in the house where we asked and the whole move took about 3 hours. Excellent job, friendly movers. We will use them again if we need a mover!
Highly recommend! This is the second time I’ve used them & they are professional, Kind & easy to work with! 10 PM Very good at telling you an approximate quote; so amazing how close they came! And the two guys that we happened to have this time… over & beyond incredible, kind, polite/respectful, professional & so fast/quick getting it done! I could go on & on…incredible service!!!
We have used them several times and they are always on point. The team creating quotes is detailed and polite. We are always over estimated, which makes it great when it's time to pay and the bill is much less. The moving teams have always been nice, quick, and careful. Although they are paid by the hour, they do not act like it. They do not lollygag and take their time, which is satisfying to see. We haven't had any issues with missing or damaged property either. I had 5 boxes of Japanese cigarettes taken during my move, they were an hour late, I had dresser feet broken, they used my mattress topper to fold and hold my stuff in it while they moved it causing tears and, when I called about JUST the cigarettes, it was a mess. I was told I’d be called back 3 times with me having to follow up 4 times on the issue just for them to tell me nothing could be done. Someone else said $348 was taken in loose change and I believe them.
