Please do yourself a favor and stop reading and look for another moving company now. The company was an hour late getting started, took an hour longer than expected, and was unable to figure out how to get items they didn't want to move out of the house. (A friend of mine cane over and I moved it in 10 minutes). Their attitudes became worse as the move went on. They damaged a wall, refused to repair. I had to fix it.
