This was my first time moving, so no quite sure how the pricing ranks in a relative sense. However, I can say that I had a positive experience from start to finish. I had no trouble filling out the questionnaire online, and was contacted almost immediately by a representative to finish the process. Sadly from start to finish, I was disappointed with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. My move was scheduled for 1:30 pm, and the movers were a no show. I called several times to try to get an update, and I was met with customer service employees that were not located in New Haven and had no answers for me in regards to when the movers would arrive.
