Great website, intuitive and easy to use. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Bobby and his brother were our movers and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were attentive enough that I felt they were paying attention to my stuff, but didn't bother me, my family, or pets at all while they were moving everything at either location. Moved from Texas to Colorado. Due to incorrect packing on their part despite being supplied with excess blankets and straps considerable damage occurred. The local franchise at the destination was appalled by how things were packed. They’ve refused to compensate for damages despite paying the extra upgrade to cover damages. Avoid this franchise.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this completely unprofessional moving company. Call center staff is rude, slow to quote, did not confirm move until I called, and couldn't care less when I filed a claim for the extensive damage to my furniture (especially some Fernanda Barney lady). It's been 4+ months since my move and they hadn't even charged me.
