***UPDATE*** After applying some pressure they did make things right. Mistakes can happen, but I still can't recommend this company based on them "losing" the damage claim and trying to blame a broken chair on me. Upgraded to 3 stars for correctly addressing my issues.*** Be careful hiring this franchise location in Waterloo. The guys were great, very easy to speak with and even shoveled the walk! They were easy to schedule the move and worked with us as we could not pin point the date for a couple weeks and then when we were ready they moved us the next day...! We will be using these people when we move again...!
We couldn't have had a more pleasurable experience. The representative that worked with me to set the day up was absolutely wonderful. The "Two Men" were polite and respectful of the circumstances. We were moving items from my father-in-law s home to ours. He passed one year ago this week. Thank you Two Men and a Truck.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Two Men and Truck quoted my move from Iowa to Illinois. Despite there manager thoroughly walking my home and promising me a seamless move for just shy of $5,000, my move was a disaster. We needed additional man power and truck space. I even called had confirmed the leave details repeatedly prior to the move and was assured the move plan was solid.
