I would leave 0 stars if I could. They were great at the quotation/sales part. But our costs were way higher than they estimated. The truck they estimated didn’t fit our stuff, And they badly damaged a $1000 bbq unit. We filled out all the required damage/warranty paperwork. I followed up and never heard back. I’ve moved many times in my life and these people are the worst I’ve ever experienced. In addition to charging >$1000 more than their estimate and taking extended lunch breaks, they broke many items and refused to replace or repair of them. If you’re moving garbage they are probably ideal but not for your household items

0 STARS!!!!! Stay away!- completely useless! John who I suspect is the owner is a fraud. 0 customer service and no accountability to do the right thing. They ruined my brand new high end appliances, dragging them across the pavement and refuse to fix the sheet metal and will only touch up the custom door panel. I did not purchase scratch and dent appliances they were $20K combined. I paid almost $1000 for these hacks to destroy my new appliances because I wanted professionals to do it without damaging them. Never used them, never will. They frequently drive like they're in a truck half their size and block roadways without considering the danger it imposes on drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians.
