The training was very beneficial for me overall, we were shown several CPR techniques to use in emergency situations. The directions were very clear and easy on people with different conditions, including a heavy set person or a pregnant woman. He also shared other safety measures to take for bruises, cuts, choking, and allergic reactions . The training was fun and comfortable for me, I would highly recommend it to other companies.
