This place should be named two hearts for dollars. First, let me say the people who work there were nice, the owners on the other hand are two of the worst humans I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They treated my mom awful and when it actually took some work to help her, they said double the money or leave. First, they said you have 30 days to find her a new place, then decided, nope they want her out now. Just to put it into perspective, she has dementia and has a hard time standing up. Two Hearts is a clean, peaceful facility. The caregivers do a wonderful job taking care of the residents, cooking home cooked meals and helping them with all their needs. Highly recommend Two hearts to anyone seeking assisted living for a loved one.
Two hearts is an answer to our prayers. From the time we toured their facility, to our conversations with staff members, it was apparent to us that this was a special and distinct place. Dominique Carpenter answered all our questions with transparency and empathy. They truly care about their residents and it is a peaceful, happy place. I highly recommend them!
All I can say is WOW! Two Hearts and its staff are a godsend! I was one who vowed never to put my parents in a nursing home, but after our father’s passing, my mother needed so much more than we were able to give her. My brother and I were sadden to have to make this decision; however we knew it was necessary. Recently moved Mom here. Within a day she was already saying how nice everyone is. She loves how everything is close and convenient. Everyone is kind and concerned about making you feel like it's a home not a place. Very happy with our decision.
