The sofa arrived damaged. And one side of the loveseat makes a cracking noise when someone sits down on it. Very disappointing after waiting months. I’ve been reassured that the sofa will be fixed so I’m hopeful it will be made right.
Great place to buy furniture!
Our service guy was amazing! He took one look at the chair and said, “I know what the problem is!” He quickly took off the back and removed a ton of my toddler’s toys that had gotten stuck in there preventing the chair from sitting upright! He even shoved us how to fix it ourselves if we need to! He was great, fast, and efficient!
Great shopping and buying experience.
