Pictures were good but the customer service was terrible. There was no communication after our wedding on when we would get our pictures. 2 months came after our contract date and we still did not hear anything. She repeatedly ignored us until we had to mention getting a lawyer involved. We were also supposed to have 2 photographers on our wedding day as it stated in our contract but we only had one. Very difficult to understand how it is fine to treat people like that who paid thousands for your photography.
Brittany’s photos are just absolutely gorgeous and her editing is dreamy! The family photos she took for me are some of my favorites! I’m plus size but she knew how to pose me so I would look at those photos of myself and feel beautiful! Love her!
If you’re getting married in the North Dakota/Minnesota area you HAVE to have Brittany with Two Birds Photography be your photographer! She is absolutely amazing! She is funny and takes extraordinarily outstanding photos! We had Two Bird Photography for both our engagement photos and wedding photos, and we had such a great time with both experiences. Brittany is absolutely amazing! She's a wonderful person, quick to communicate, and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. :) My husband and I eloped, and Brittany captured the details of our day perfectly. When we look at our photos with our family and friends it's like they're there, experiencing our wedding with us!
We had Brittany capture both our engagement and our wedding photos and we could not have been happier to have her! She was professional, creative and super funny which put both myself and my husband at ease.
