We purchased our Twister Safe after the May 22nd Joplin Tornado. Our house was destroyed while we took shelter in an interior closet. We rebuilt our home and the very first discussion we had with our contractor was about storm shelters. We purchased a Twister Safe so we wouldn't have to go outside in severe weather. the owner jeremy davis is horrible. I have multiple cracked welds and some areas where the weld burnt through the skin. I requested him to fix the issue and he refused. after looking on the Internet to write this review I found out he might be a sex offender. really hope that isn't true but it looks to be.
Jeremy , the new owner of twister safe is going to run the company into the ground. he is a liar, and has a bad attitude and temper . they did a sloppy job on my safe room and left a big mess. when i made Jeremy davis aware of it he promised to correct it but never-ever followed through. months later when i called to check when they were coming , he said "hey you signed off on it and gave us the check , go fix it yourself . the previous owner was very nice ( his father died ) and now the bad son is running the bu... read more
