I would typically never rate a company 1 star, but I feel this one deserves that and less. I think the products they offer look AMAZING! but the customer service is HORRIABLE. I tried, keyword tried, to place an order with them last year around thanksgiving. I was really looking forward to placing this order for my little sister.
