I recently visited The Twisted Spur for the first time. The staff were very helpful and generous to help. My son was with me, I needed to hide and purchase an item that I had not wanted to buy for him due to the price. This item was much less than catalog price and same name brand as well. I was so excited! A staff member took it to the back boxed up chosen items and taped up well! He had no idea I had purchased them. I dont recommend that anyone shop at The Twisted Spur. I purchased boots in January 2006 and returned them in February 2006 because one of the heels had fallen off the boot. Today is July 7, 2006 and I still dont have a resolution to my problem. They have promised me at least 10 times that they would order new boots or get the ones I returned repaired. If you love boots, jeans, tops, saddles, tack, buckles, jewelry, hats.....etc., you will love Twisted Spur. Friendly people in a nice location.
Good merchandise at a good price with helpful people. Lots better than other western wear places around.
