Phenomenal service, great staff. Several cool bikes, great price
Not sure if it was an off day or what, but the person running the shop when I visited was quite the jerk. Loud, over talked and interrupted, had an assumption and really just didn't want to hear otherwise. I visited a bike shop in Duluth that was much more welcoming and kind to people new to cycling.
I am new to the area and was looking for a shop to overhaul my 1997 GT Pantera MTB. I found several bike shops closer to me but was impressed by the approach and reviews for Twisted Spokes. In the end, I was VERY pleased with the service I received. Brent answered all of my many questions, gave me tips on the local trails, hit every date and estimate he gave me, and in-the-end rolled out a bike that looked and performed like the day I bought it.
