I specifically booked an appointment for loc repair. I marked all the locs that needed reinforcement or attaching. The next day the broken loc in the center of my forehead broke off. I advised Tish I was just there hours ago. She became defensive that she fixed them. I even sent a picture of the one loc in the middle of my forehead broken and then she refused to fix it.
