This place used to be great not sure what happened. I would go 3x a week, grab a AIRO, a rove, RSO, etc. Won’t be going back today after today, 28 minutes at curbside and I finally left. Security guard with an attitude told me people who come in have a preference. I explained I was in a Lyft and was told to wait. No problem trust me will not be a mistake I make twice. Waste of the Lyft, my time and the extra Lyft charge. Ill be going to the 10 minutes down the road elsewhere from now on

My experience at Twisted hat, is always great. The people are so nice and so helpful. This is the only place I go to just wish the prices were a little lower and maybe there were prizes involved other than that woo hoo.😊

This place has a great selection and the staff are very friendly except for the one woman who I think was trying to set me up for a false SA accusation because she's acting weird as if I was hitting on her even though I wasn't. If you're man then you know what I'm talking about. It's a good thing there are plenty of people and cameras in there so I should feel safe but I'll take the safest route by not going there again in a long time.

Customer service was fantastic, I believe the sales rep name was Jennifer! She was amazing like her energy to her kindness was tremendously appreciated. She definitely pointed me to the right direction and was overly satisfied with her recommendations.

Prices are a little too high IMO.but pre rolls and Edibles are a fair price.Most recs are carrying the same things from what I’ve noticed.all NJ grown,even the cookies brand products apparently.Im Hoping to see some new products and price drops in the future👍🏽
