I had my very first class with George and he was very friendly and welcoming despite me feeling timid. I was comfortable during class and so relaxed after! I feel good about choosing Twisted Grit as my very first yoga studio 🧘♀️!
Very nice studio and great class! Very clean and showers are nice. Loved the pace of the class and instructor was awesome!
Wonderful relaxing yoga class. Amy worked out all my tense spaces of the past week. Poses had enough time to really press the stretches. Totally recommend.
