I came in about a week ago to buy my dress. The store was beautiful and the girl helping me was super nice, but my experience initially felt rushed. My dress was missing the back strap, and I didn’t end up receiving one or the discount that was mentioned. However, I really appreciate how Twirl handled my feedback afterward! My wife and I brought our granddaughter to pick out a homecoming dress. They had a nice selection of dresses and were very helpful with her trying on dresses and made suggestions on some small alterations that we wanted.
