This place has the best dresses for homecoming, prom, and even weddings! Definitely love coming here and looking at all the new and beautiful gowns!

Excited to have a Twirl Delaware location! The entire experience at Twirl is top notch. Ella helped us every step of the way. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable. My daughter is a senior but I won’t recommend anywhere but Twirl. Every dress is bagged individually which for me is huge. If I am buying a new dress, I want it without flaw. After searching tons of prom stores we came here as a last resort and thank goodness we did! The staff is so kind and each girl gets a personalized experience with a team member who helps them pick out dresses, get in them, zip them up, and even style with jewelry! it's not too expensive and the dresses are amazing quality and everyone is so nice! Will be back here in October for homecoming!
