I've been banking with twinstar for over 20 years now, and never had issues until recently. Their fraud protection service won't stop freezing my account. I've called several times and can't find anyone to help because everything is "automated", so theres nothing they can do. They suggest I call everytime it gets frozen. Which ends up being a 20min phone call several times a week. They need to figure something out and actually solve these issues and stop with the "It's all automated and there's nothing I can do".
This Twinstar location has been consistently great. All of the staff here are friendly, efficient, and professional. Special shout out to Karla who has been so kind to me and always efficient with time as well as professional and courteous.
Didn’t realize that there was a federal credit union inside of my local Safeway! Felt so welcomed by the employees and was delighted with the quickness they resolved my issue.
