This credit union is such garbage. My Dad recently passed away from cancer, and I kept getting different answers on what information was needed on how to pay off his truck. Even the debt collector that works for this credit union said they're notorious for being difficult to work with in situations like this. Three weeks before I lost my Dad, my husband's brother passed away, and he also had a truck he owed on.
