RecommendedI generally do love TwinStarCU. I’ve had an account with you for over 30 years. I’ve recommended you to all my friends and family but I am losing my patience with the branches being closed down and lobby’s not open, which is jamming the drive thru. I don’t have time when I “run to the bank” to be sitting there for 30 minutes. I really can’t think of an easier place to “social distance”. Would not let my elderly mom into the bank to do her banking she was told to go to the drive thru. When she told them she could not reach she was told she could get out and walk. When she asked about elderly closing their accounts and cant reach was told she could walk thru the drive thru for that too. Way to take care of our elderly Twin Star. Shame on you.
