Furious!!! I made a bank to bank transfer yesterday. I needed the cash to buy a car. As of now, no one can tell me where my $2800 is. Chase says it's out of my account and done on their end (my balance reflects this) Twin Star has no record of it and is now giving me a song and dance about transfers taking 2-3 days!!!! In this world of immediate transactions, the fact that I'm now being told a transfer takes 2-3 days before I can access my money is unacceptable. I came running in 2 minutes to close in need of a debit card, it was a bit of an emergency, and even though I was the worst customer ever Tammy was so kind and took care of it for me. It was probably the worst timing but she did it so graciously! Thank you Tammy!!
