The staff here is awesome, and I really love the employees they’re super helpful and very kind!
I had a great experience the staff is genuinely helpful, and I really appreciated their bilingual services it made everything so much easier and more comfortable. Marcos was especially great to work with.
Been calling for the last three hours due to my card being declined need to pay off some bills it’s almost 5:30 it is 5:11 an I got it to ring 4 times like someone was gonna get me but nope kept saying “the line you are currently trying to get is busy” for three hours??? I’ve been a member here when it was twinstar for 4 years this is unacceptable if you need another phone line make one I’m going to come down their an have them close my account an transfer my stuff to NWCU (northwest credit union) at least they don’t make yo... read more
The only number you can call is the 1800... And it's freaking awful! Was thinking about banking here but I don't think I could handle dealing with that .......
