I recently opened a checking account at the Peak Credit Union inside of the Hawks Prairie Safeway. After 18 years with Wells Fargo, and I must say that William Beechler's customers service was above and beyond. He walked me through all of the options, and then when I went back to the branch a few hours later. Because I having issues setting up my on-line banking. He helped me with that too. He's most definitely a great asset to his employer.

I came in to the Safeway location, all I needed done was my online banking enabled and it somehow took almost 40 minutes to do. The teller was dressed inappropriately for a financial institution. She really wouldn't listen to me when I was speaking. I had to correct her multiple times, and she had a very no it all attitude but seemed to not really know anything she was doing. Very strange behavior.
