This credit union has some frankly ridiculous notions about how much authorization I need to ... pay ... my ... bill. C'mon do you want my payment or not? Then stop messing with me!
I removed all my money from Peak. They paid a fraudulent charge I did not authorize and would not correct their error. They are very rude and irresponsible with customers' funds.
I just paid off my car! Never missed a payment; I actually paid three weeks early throughout the term of the lease. As I was nearing my final payment, I saw a charge of over $3k still owing. I learned that a third-party service that Twin Star uses decided I was not insured for a period of time, so they provided coverage and charged me for it.
