Terrible moving experience – avoid this company. I booked this company for a move .They arrived 40 minutes late, and one of the movers smelled strongly of alcohol. After carrying just one item, they disappeared and were found resting in the truck, saying they felt sick from drinking the night before. I had already moved over 60 boxes myself before the moving day. All that was left were the large items, and even that took them 4.5hours to move.New place is only 5 mins away . Another awesome move with Twins Removal! As always, they were super careful with all our stuff — everything was wrapped and handled with care, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We did a semi-packing move this time, and it was amazing. They took apart and reassembled our bed perfectly, and made sure to place everything just where we wanted it. 100% happy again

Just used Twins Removals for my recent move and definitely recommended. The two guys work tirelessly working non stop never complaining and definitely well experienced cramming a huge amount of stuff in just one run and shorter time than anticipated. I read the two star review but my experience is the polar stark opposite. Would definitely use again.
