getting better??? – We are paying top rent for our area for a house that was misrepresented to us as being completely renovated and in good condition. We received personal promises from the property manager that any problems would be quickly handled by them before we signed. The reality is our plumbing, toilets, sprinkler systems, garage door opener, air conditioner and many other things did not work or were broken and had been cosmetically covered up when we moved in.
