I love Twinings for the quality tea. Personally, the Pomegranate & Raspberry flavor is such a savory treat. My whole body is rejuvenated with this flavor and I am able to tackle the day with the flavored herbal tea. I will continue to support Twinings for its great, flavorful teas, and the company’s signature herbs do help my inside machines work as they should. Delicious and a sweet addition to any breakfast. Thank you!
Poor customer service. I was actually harassed by one of their agents because they didn't understand my question about one of their teas. I requested to speak to a Supervisor to report it and no one reached out. They lost a customer.
