The ladies at Twin tier hearing aid clinic are the best
This was my first time buying hearing aids from Twin Tier Hearing Aids. It was a great experience with Megan, she explained things very well, explained the difference in hearing aids, what the different tones in the hearing test were for and the results of the testing. I felt she did a through job and would highly recommend using Twin Tier Hearing.
Megan is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Planning on purchasing hearing aids for myself and my wife. Update. We purchases hearing aids at TwinTiers Hearing and have had them for about 2 months now. Excellent customer service and follow-up care helping fine tune each and making sure we are completely satisfied with the purchase. Couldn't be more pleased.
Megan at the Corning office was very thorough in explaining options and how they intersected with what my health insurance offers.
