FHA, USDA, VA, & Conventional Mortgages
At first, they were very helpful. Then, once they get you sucked in and under contract, it's all down hill. They start leaving you hanging, and acting like you're supposed to know things. Suddenly processes start slowing up and they give you no reasoning why. Things come back incorrectly and you have to wait longer, and there's one excuse after another. When we finally closed, they were back to chummy. Because they were getting their money. Save yourself the stress, and go directly through a bank or another mortgage company.
Happy HomeOwner My experience was great. Our bank said our credit score wasn't high enough. I was able to get 100% financing at a great interest rate. If it wasn't for Twin Tier Mortgage I would still be a renter.
Great at first but then..... I think that they are a wonderful company who is very helpful but then the phone calls go unreturned however, the service is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!
Absolutely a horrible company This company handled the financing for the buyer for an estate property we were selling. Finally got it done 7 months after the FIRST promised closing date. The extra time cost the estate around $9000 and us personally over $14000 in the end. All accrued from interest and penalties and land taxes to the estate.
