My mother has been a resident of Twin Rivers at Natomas Assisted Living for 5 years and I am so pleased with the care and treatment she receives from the staff. The owner and staff members go above and beyond to make sure that my requests and her needs are fully taken care of. Staff doesn't care owner don't care food is not healthy for you can I have sandwiches everyday when you got the handyman getting drunk in my parking lot
This place is the worse to have your loved one living. The owner don’t care from them she only cares about the money…..
My mother is now a resident at Twin Rivers at Natomas Assisted Living and everything regarding her admission and stay has been absolutely wonderful. I do not live near my mother and must handle her affairs remotely and therefore must rely on the staff at Twin Rivers at Natomas to see to most of my mother’s needs. The administrator and staff are absolutely wonderful, when I contact them they are always very helpful, kind and courteous and they always let me know if my mother is in need of anything.
