I had been a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The owner personally gave me a massage because they were busy, but unfortunately it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I ended the session early but still paid the full price. I was then promised another session to make up for the experience. However, when I returned two weeks later, I was told no complimentary massage would be provided and was asked to leave. Very disappointing way to treat a long-term customer.
