Apts are nice but tenants are allowed to attack others with no reprocussion, I've lived in 2 of their properties I had a neighbor pull a gun on me at the first place, they let him stay even tho there was a protective order and conviction, and they moved me to another property where a man is currently jumping and beating tenants with no eviction. This man beat my husband so bad he has a brain bleed and tbi and there only response is "there is nothing I can do, have a nice day."
I rented an apartment in quechee from twin pines housing trust for 1 year. They do not fix damage from previous tenants and try to blame it on the next. They are very dishonest kept my security deposit. VREY VERY DISHONEST!. The water was yellow and they fixed nothing the whole year I lived there. It's nice to have a place you can afford but this ended up costing me. Do yourself a favor. Tough it out.
