This facility is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They take great care of their residents and everyone seems happy.

This was my first experience with choosing any type of rehab facility or nursing home. It's overwhelming when you're dealing with an ill loved one and have no firsthand familiarity with any of the facilities that have openings. My dad recently spent 5 days at Twin Pines rehabbing after discharge from the hospital. He was treated very well. Special shout out to Tanika, his case manager extraordinaire, his nurse manager Michelle and his PT guy Chris who literally got him back on his feet. Really appreciate the care he received.

Do not send your family member here if you expect to receive adequate care. I understand like all health care that it is very short staffed but my father called me reporting a change in status and when I attempted to call the nurse for an update as to why he was not being assessed it took ten minutes for the front desk to answer the phone, the whole time it continued to ring. Then once I was transferred to my father’s unit no one picked up the phone in the fifteen minutes I let my phone call go on prior to ending it. Eventua... read more
