Twin Oaks is great, and the employees are amazing! The minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by kind, helpful, smiling staff. From the admin to the nursing staff, everyone is dedicated to the residents that live here and giving them the best care. They truly make this place a beautiful home for our loved ones!
Twin Oaks is a fabulous care facility. The staff is amazing. So cheerful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Safety and patient care are top priority within their well managed programs. I would recommend Twin Oaks to anyone who is looking to find a home for their loved one. My mother was a resident there from March 2023 until she passed in September 2024. Mr. & Mrs. Kim have created a wonderful community and the caregivers they have on staff make the community that much more wonderful. Some places I toured before deciding on Twin Oaks felt so cold and sterile; that is definitely not the case with Twin Oaks. Twin Oaks Assisted Living Center is the best choice we made when it became necessary for our mother to receive additional help as she lives the twilight years of her precious life. First of all, the management team is incredible. They are on top of everything. They return calls, messages, and address concerns.
