I have had the opportunities to visit Twin Oaks a few times and when I did the residents were actively engaged in fun filled activity programs. They were smiling and all were happy and engaged in the activity. Kudos to the Activity Director, Ms. Samantha and her recreation team!
I was just there to visit for an hour. Had no contact with any of the staff. It seemed clean.
Pleasant environment and friendly staff. I have visited many assisted living facilities and Twin Oaks ranks #1 in my opinion.
