The cashier had a bad attitude right from the start. I understand not being allowed to bring a cart over from the store next door, but there’s no need to be rude about it. If you’re having a rough day, don’t take it out on customers.

My boyfriend and I walked in trying to get some wine. There was a guy with a beard and a lady (i think) with a bunch of ugly piercings in her mouth. They refused to sell us wine because I did not have my ID EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT BUYING IT. If I stayed in the car, then my boyfriend would be able to buy it. But, BECAUSE I WALKED IN WITH HIM, they refused to sell it to him. Also, they did not allow my boyfriend to put the bottle down on the counter. WEIRD.

The worker at this location at 854pm denied sale of purchase for no reason. There is no law stating you can deny sale because a customer came in earlier to purchase an item. In texas you can deny service if you think the person is intoxicated and neither one of us were especially I was in my work uniform. That worker needs to reevaluate his training and learn how evalute people when entering the store.

I walked into the store at 8:56 PM on July 14th—still before closing. I understand it was close to 9, but I was there on time. The young man at the register with long curly hair gave me attitude right away. I purchased two bottles of Hennessy, but realized they were the wrong size and asked to exchange them. Instead of assisting me, he started yelling aggressively. I asked if there was a problem, and he continued to raise his voice.
