Spent my $500 elsewhere. Disappointed that I didnt get greeted until I reached the side wall where the employee was, THEN he said hi. That was it. The white couple that walked in a moment behind me not only got greeted, but the employee was eager to immediately ask if they needed any help. They weren't dressed any better than I was. I had questions for my whiskey tasting too. The other employee just avoided eye contact. You could tell they didnt want to help. I just left.
This location does not keep its website inventory up to date. I understand the inaccurate inventory situation on DoorDash, so I checked their website for accurate information. However, their website is also not up to date with stock availability. The employee blamed Twin Liquors' IT team and DoorDash. This reflects poorly on such a large chain. Overpriced and they don’t price match anymore! Go to Total Wine and you’ll save money.
Went on a Friday night for a Cabernet Franc and was very pleased with the selection. When checking out the lady at the front was so insightful. She was very polite and struck up a conversation about the Cabernet and other wines that I should try. Such a pleasant experience!
The most amazing staff! These guys are always helping us create some drink we found. The shop is always clean and everyone is so helpful. Shoutout to the crew that keeps this place awesome!
