The people there are always nice. The place is very clean and organized. I always find what I’m looking for and a lot of times I find a really great deal. They have discounts on various items that give you the incentive to try something new.
I enjoyed visiting this store. First time and the employees were very pleasant. Went above and beyond to help search for what I needed.
Spent my $500 elsewhere. Disappointed that I didnt get greeted until I reached the side wall where the employee was, THEN he said hi. That was it. The white couple that walked in a moment behind me not only got greeted, but the employee was eager to immediately ask if they needed any help. They weren't dressed any better than I was. I had questions for my whiskey tasting too. The other employee just avoided eye contact. You could tell they didnt want to help. I just left.
This location does not keep its website inventory up to date. I understand the inaccurate inventory situation on DoorDash, so I checked their website for accurate information. However, their website is also not up to date with stock availability. The employee blamed Twin Liquors' IT team and DoorDash. This reflects poorly on such a large chain.
