Honestly the place has gone downhill since Karell left. I guess we'll see if they can get new management that improves things... EDIT: It's slowly starting to improve - staff as always is nice.
My family and I are from out of town and we were visiting for a wedding. This place looked like a great choice to pick up a few drinks for the wedding. The store itself was a mess, boxes cluttering the already narrow aisles. No hospitality or customer service, when my wife and I tried to make conversation with the clerk we were met with an awkward silence. Prices were the same as any big store. All in all you can obviously grab what you need here but I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.
