Hello, I'd like this to be a fair review. They seemed nice at first, when you get in things change. They were low on residents when my parent applied so they seemed eager and accommodating to get us in. This is important because they have a $3,000 dollar community fee, so you don't want to leave right away. Many of the things discussed that they would/could do changed once my parent was in.
