Rented a canoe there, the service was friendly. 20$ is a rather fair price. The shop looked pretty cool.

Not only is this the only General Store at the Twin Lakes Campground, but it's also the best general store you'll find in Mammoth, or anywhere. Fishing bait and tackle, boat gear, camping and cooking supplies, hot, chilled, and frozen food and snacks, clothing, souvenirs, bagged ice, hot coffee, boat rentals, hot showers, propane, an RV dump, and even a fish cleaning station...
