Wouldn’t recommend renting here. Advertised as luxury townhouses, when in reality they just put lipstick over poorly constructed units with low quality materials throughout. Top floor is suffocatingly hot in the summer and it’s drafty in the winter. Property manager doesn’t care, is passive aggressive and has a bitter attitude about everything.
