We service most of the Magic Valley area and are proud to be the oldest glass shop in Twin Falls. We feel that honesty and integrity is the "best policy" as well as great customer service. Very dishonest company, I would not recommend them to anyone. It took them a month and a half to replace a window that we ordered. Then we were charged for two people to do the job and the second person on the job just stood in the doorway and didn't even go up to the room where the windown was. I called to see how much they charge an hour and the lady who answered the phone said $65, but a few minutes later when I spoke to the manager he said it was $75, however we were actually charged $85.
