The residents of this community are great, however the management of this community do not really care about the residents. All they are interested in is seeing how much money they can get out of the people. Maintenance of the common areas has deterriated, the heavy equipment they used while constructing the new housing has destroyed our streets and you can bet they are going to go to the rent review board and get permission to increase the rents to cover the expense to redo the roads.
