I live in one of the properties in strathroy. Customer service is non-existent. Cannot get timely response for something as serious as sewage leaks, which is an environmental hazard. They like to raise the land rent constantly but not do their job. Horrible company to deal with at both local and corporate levels. Leslie, at the local office thinks facts are rude and belittling, when all i said was factual and to the point.
