Staff were very helpful and caring when it came to my 6 year old daughters ear piercing. Went out of their way to make sure the procedure was done the best way possible. Today I got my first tattoo done by Alicia, this was a very meaningful tattoo for me. She made me feel very comfortable, eased my nerves and I’m incredibly happy with her work. She pays attention to detail, her atmosphere was amazing and she was efficient. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend Alicia more. Thank you!🤩
I went in today to get a tattoo on my thigh. Roughly halfway through I started feeling very faint and went very pale. I have multiple other tattoos and have had 2 done previously at this shop and have never had this issue ever, not only did Meg my artist stop immediately to check on me every single artist in the studio offered assistance in water, some lollies for sugar and wet towels to cool down. Got my nose pierced here, and it was such a smooth process! The piercer was super professional, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The shop was spotless, and they had a great selection of jewelry. Healed perfectly—definitely coming back for more!
Yesterday I came into Twin City Tattoo and Piercing and I was instantly greeted by the most lovely young lady who I found very easy to have a conversation with then I got to meet Brett who was also lovely and very welcoming I didn’t feel nervous at all and he was very thorough with the information he told me about the piercing I left very happy and I will be back again Thank you :)
